Blah....no work *again*
Jan. 30th, 2006 05:33 pmThis whole "nothing's booked today" thing at work has got to stop. I'm really going to go broke if they keep neglecting to find work for me to do. It was enough when I was going nuts and my body was falling apart from this job, but now they are attacking my pocket book. I'm going to work extra hard to find a new job now, something with a better potential then what I currently have. In the mean time, I'm taking advantage of my benifits and all that fun stuff. Yay free dental, woohoo to free drugs and an even bigger whoop to having your eyewear paid for!!
Today, to quell the bitchiness that comes from only having three hours of work, including the busride to the place I had to clean (from queen and bathurst up to Jane at wilson and back again) I stopped at the sallyanne at Lawrence and Jane and found myself:
a heavy black leather mini skirt that fits perfectly for only---->$4.99 and not a penny more for tax. I am a happy girl, and I don't have to feel bad about spending too much 'cause really it was pennies and half of it was paid for by the money I found on the sidewalk on the way to work ($2.30!!!).
OK, I'm going to go now, I have to pee and I'm hungry. I hope everyone had a loverly day.
